For any return or refund request to be eligible, the customer must provide a full, uncut, and unedited unboxing video immediately upon receiving their order that clearly shows the exact issue with the product (e.g., damage, wrong size/color, or defect).

🚨 Important Note: No Unboxing Video = No Refund/Return/Exchange.
